About Us

SIREVI Italia s.r.l. is active in the audit and services to company business since 1985, and it collects the substantial legacy from all the professional who joined the company during the years.

The Company is member of the Register of Legal Auditors no. 65704 since its establishment in 1995.

The partners are experienced professionals, with a practice in the audit field starting in the 70’.

SIREVI built the operative structure during the years, thanks to the accurate work in carefully choosing and training skilled professional, to implement their strategy of global quality, which has always been its activity main goal.

The operative structure of SIREVI in addition to the partners – always fully active with the clients – includes a highly skilled professional team of graduates in Business & Administration, cooperating with the Company since many years.

The secretarial staff has an experience of almost twenty in the activity and it is specialized in translations both in English and German.

Moreover, in cooperation with the most important universities in Milan, young graduandes and new graduates spend periods of internship in the Company.

The Company also cooperates since many years with external professionals for specific projects and activities.

SIREVI furthermore collaborates with prime tax and law firm to give a global consultancy to the client.

The economic and professional globalization is a real challenge for any professional, and the Company, to adapt flexibly to a rapidly changing and highly interconnected world, joined EAI International, an association of independent audit firms, to offer a wide range of services with many qualified professionals all over the world.

Maria Vittoria Laurita

Graduated in 1985 (Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi – Business & Administration), she is member of the Register of Legal Auditors since its establishment in 1995. She started her career in a major audit company and since 2004 she is Senior partner in the Company, in which she spent decades of her activity. Her professional experience has been gained in all the fields of audit services, with a particular attention to the activity with international groups and to due diligences.

Sergio Bona

He obtained a diploma in Accounting in 1984 (Istituto Tecnico Commerciale Enrico Tosi, Busto Arsizio – Va), and after many years of activity in the Company, he become Partner in 2004. His sound professional experience in audit activity allows him to operate at the highest level in the services to the client. He also is the reference person for any organization matter in the Company.

Gabriele Peroni

Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, graduated in Economics at University of Pavia, he gained more than 10 years of experience in major audit firms. He has gained significant experience in auditing and consulting for medium/large-sized listed groups as well as for national companies and subsidiaries of international groups. He also is an expert in company valuations.

Giuseppe Zermini

Graduated in Business & Administration at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, he is a Chartered accountant and Legal auditor. He has decades of experience in major audit firms, in which he held partnership responsibilities since 1980. His professional activity has been performed also in listed companies, in any area of audit and consultancy, in particular in company valuations and due diligences.
